Nifa Fanafoule: the return of the Ivorian showman

Presented by Atma Prod and Le Monastère, Nifa Fanafoule drop his brand new music video C’Gâté, This release confirms once again that Ivorian rap has energy to spare. This track reminds us why the guy has been nicknamed the king of improvisation since his school freestyles.

Originally from Cocody, Nifa (whose real name is Diaby Nifa) built his reputation with well-aimed punchlines and impromptu performances in high school courtyards. After his notable debut with the group Seleka and their hit Tu casses drap, he went on to collaborate with numerous others, notably with Tya Vuitton (Petit mais ça mousse) and Kiff No Beat, before joining Universal Music Africa in 2018 with the group Kozak.

Always somewhere between melody and attitude, Nifa has managed to forge his own solo path since 2022. With tracks like Tout Donner, Coucher and Yoroland, he proved that he hadn't lost any of his fire. And C’Gâté solidifies this trajectory with a polished video, a killer production, and a flow that smells strongly of Ivory Coast.
