A few days before the release of his album Ultimatum, Timal released the video for Cagoulé Yamaha, uploaded on January 30, 2026 to his official channel. The track arrives four days before the project’s release, scheduled for February 7, 2026, and fits into the continuity of releases used to support this new discographic phase.
Timal continues a trajectory that began in 2016, marked by sustained activity and a regular presence in rap news. Brought to wider attention through the freestyle series Rapport on Daymolition, he quickly established himself online. Active for nearly a decade, Timal built his discography with the album Trop Chaud in 2018, certified platinum, followed by Caliente in 2020, certified double platinum, under his label Caliente Records.
In 2021, he reveals Ares, a 16-track album marked by collaborations with Heuss L'Enfoiré, Jul and Morad. In 2022, the title Filtered, featuring Gazo, relaunches the project and obtains a diamond certification in five months, before a collaboration with Booba on Chameleon. After a more discreet period, Timal returns in May 2024 with the EP Darvaza, composed of 6 titles, initiating the transition towards Ultimatum, presented as his fourth studio album.
