After ''On The Radar'', Stella Standingbear releases the visual ''Pray 4 U Freestyle''
Today, Stella Standingbear unveils the official video for her latest single Pray 4 U Freestyle, a highly anticipated musical event that promises to mark a new turning point in her career.
Through this clip, Stella Standingbear has built a universe where authenticity shines through in every shot. The scenes oscillate between intimist music studio and snowy landscapes symbolizing her connection to her Lakota roots, as shown in the music video Home Runs, filmed in the Oglala Nation.
In Pray 4 U Freestyle, she sends a very interesting message, dressed in black and wearing a hat, she integrates rituals like burning sage, an ancestral gesture evoking purification.
Her choice to use her real name (Stella Standingbear) symbolizes a refusal to compromise, reinforcing its message of self-determination.
Stella Standingbear, an icon of strength and authenticity
Stella Standingbear embodies through her image a strong woman who quickly became a role model for her fans around the world. She represents authenticity and succeeds in conveying her values through her songs.
The Magazine Hip-Hop managed to reach the artist, through his team, whom we would like to thank.
We asked her what message she wanted to convey to women who want to start rapping and to Native American and mixed-race artists looking to break into the music industry:
“It takes courage, strength, and being yourself. You'll have to fall down and get back up a lot. But we learn from those falls.”
With such a thought, Stella is undoubtedly on the right track. Her evolution is completely consistent with what she exudes as an artist: being full of confidence and having a beautiful artistic presence.
