Quebec rap fans are getting ready to welcome a promising new project with the imminent release of the EP " Irish Dream" This project, the result of collaboration between MonMon and Ocho Green, marks the debut of the label Château Fort Production.

As a prelude to the release of the EP, they unveiled the video clip Omerta, thus offering a glimpse to their fans.  

Irish Dream : There's no team, it's family!

MonMon and Ocho Green released an EP titled " Irish Cream » in 2020, and this year they present « Irish Dream" .

THE P " Irish Dream » is part of a logical sequence, it represents much more than a simple collection of songs made in the studio. It is the culmination of a family and artistic project, carried by MonMon and his nephew Ocho Green under their label Château Fort Production. The addition of Ced Auger and of Ayetee Vibez to the equation brings an additional dimension to this project already rich in talent.

In July 2024, MonMon and Ocho Green have revealed the title " Jalouse", as well as the flagship single from their EP " Irish Dream " last September. Note that " Omerta » is the third song they released from the EP « Irish Dream", but it's also the first one they made an official music video for.

MonMon

A key figure in Quebec rap since 2018, MonMon, originally from the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district of Montreal, he became known for his authenticity and transparency. With successes like Irish Cream, 2030 Chambly, and the viral title Lalala, he knew how to make his place.

Since MonMon released his first music video " Pâtissier » On May 29, 2018, a lot of water has flowed under the bridge. This single was an excerpt from his EP « 2030 Chambly", which was released on August 3 of the same year.

His ability to create songs that stick in your head has allowed him to build a loyal fan base. If you don't know him, you'll discover him for his authenticity and outspokenness.

Ocho Green

Ocho Green, a Quebec artist of Irish origin, brings his skills in production and performance. His involvement in the recording, mixing, and mastering of the project demonstrates the approach DIY (Do It Yourself) adopted by the label. He is one of the artists who stands out the most in rap in Quebec, despite the fact that we don't see him everywhere. 

Formerly known as 8ième within the group Face à Face, he has been able to reinvent himself solo with a unique style. With undeniable talent and a strong artistic identity, Ocho Green continues to leave its mark.

One thing is certain, he knows how to make good songs, a complete artist to discover for those who don't know him. It wouldn't be surprising to see him collaborate with other artists from across the border under the label. Château Fort Production.

Ced Auger

Ced Auger, a singer-songwriter from Hull, has made a name for himself in the Quebec music industry thanks to his versatile talents. Having started out in rap under the pseudonym Elmaniak, he has since turned to more acoustic music under his real name.

His participation in the project " Irish Dream " of Château Fort Production, notably on the title “ Omerta", demonstrates the label's collaborative approach. Ced Auger also made an impression with his collaboration on “ It's all my fault » alongside the rapper Tel Kel.

Since the beginning of the year, Ced Auger was particularly productive, moreover his title " Juste toé pis moé » is broadcast on commercial radio. His ability to surround himself with talent and impress with each new release is a testament to his growing impact on the Quebec music scene.

Ayetee Vibez

Unknown to the general public, always in the shadows, Ayetee Vibez is the audiovisual project manager and is an integral part of the team of Château Fort Production. This Italian-Canadian from the South Shore of Montreal began his career under the name of Ayetee Vibez with his second production.

His calm style and his personal English touch add value to the beats, suggesting his participation in other projects in the future.

Château Fort Production: A promising new label

The creation of Château Fort Production by MonMon and Ocho Green marks a new stage in their career. This label aims to produce and promote their musical projects, while remaining true to their values.

THE P " Irish Dream » will be available on all digital platforms from Friday, March 14, 2025. Fans will be able to discover the entire project, including the single Omerta is just a taste.
