DMX Features : an expected posthumous project

Twenty-seven years after the release of his cult album It's Dark and Hell Is Hot, the voice of DMX resonates again thanks to his team and his label, who unveil a new posthumous single entitled Bring Out The Worst, in collaboration with Joyner Lucas.

Distributed by DNA Music Group and Hitmaker Distro, the song opens with the famous growl that has marked generations of fans. Taken from the archives of DMX, his exclusive verses are highlighted by his artistic team, while Joyner Lucas adds his fierce energy and sharp style. The result is true to the visceral and uncompromising spirit to which DMX had accustomed his fans.

“Where is my dog at!”

Bring Out The Worst is the first single from the posthumous album DMX Features, entirely prepared by the rapper's entourage. The project will bring together previously unreleased collaborations recorded before his death in April 2021. Confirmed guests include Wiz Khalifa, Kevin Gates and other prestigious names. The release is planned for soon.

This new opus will complete the posthumous discography of DMX, already marked by Exodus (2021), produced by Swizz Beatz and enriched with featurings with Jay-Z, Nas, Snoop Dogg or Lil Wayne, then by Let Us Pray: Chapter X (2024), a project with a stronger spiritual dimension.

With DMX Features, the rapper's team demonstrates its desire to preserve and transmit the raw essence of his art. By continuing to highlight unreleased recordings, the entourage of DMX confirms that, even after his death, his voice remains one of the most iconic and influential in world Hip-Hop.
