So La Lune makes a wrinkle in ''Solo''
His career is marked by a strong commitment to artistic independence.
So La Lune has just released the video for Solo, a street clip accompanying a track originally released on October 17 via Numéro 11. Shot in Montreal, the video marks another release in a particularly active period for the artist, who continues to roll out projects and formats without slowing down.
Originally from Lyon, So La Lune is a French-Comorian rapper and singer who emerged in the late 2010s. Active since 2019, he has become known for his consistent output and distinctive writing style, developed through numerous EPs and mixtapes before the release of his first album. His career is marked by a strong commitment to artistic independence.
After several noteworthy projects, So La Lune has taken a significant step forward with L’enfant de la pluie, his first album, then with the creation of his own label, Number 11. These releases have solidified his place among the most followed artists of his generation, while allowing him to maintain control over his artistic direction.
With Solo, So La Lune continues down this path. The music video, filmed in the streets of Montreal, accompanies a previously released track and is consistent with his recent work. This release confirms once again the artist's consistency and his ability to evolve his project without losing sight of the essentials: the music and the identity he has been developing since his beginnings, while maintaining his independence.
