Belly Dalton and Paranoize deliver a message with "Temporary"
Ultimately, "Temporary" is based on a real link between the two artists (same educational background, same social circle).
Jonathan Boucher, known as Belly Dalton, teams up with Paranoize on Temporary, a track uploaded just a few hours ago on Belly Dalton’s YouTube channel.
The two artists have known each other for a long time and crossed paths at Gérard-Fillion high school, which explains the natural connection between their respective worlds. The song takes a different turn due to the fact that Paranoize was in Mexico at the time of recording, a detail that gives the track a “long-distance” vibe without breaking the duo’s coherence. If a track of this caliber can come together remotely, it’s easy to imagine what it could sound like in person.
A track rooted in a strong team dynamic
Temporary fits into the continuity of the movement Positive Vibes, a group founded about five years ago, composed of SB, Dalton, Macha and Jay-B.
According to information provided by the artist, recent projects are being led by K-Why (Why Us Entertainment), and the instrumental of Temporary was produced by Brian Beat (AMQ Projects).
Prolifik Filmz in continuity
The visual of Temporary also fits into a logic already seen around Belly Dalton.
Side Prolifik Filmz, an interview published by My Urban Map presents Jonathan Poirier as a director/editor active in Quebec, who works with several artists and emphasizes a production that respects the artistic direction of those he accompanies. My Urban Map
Paranoia: a profile already well documented in Quebec
On his side, Paranoize is a well-established name in international rap, with a career often highlighted by specialized media. HHQC, for instance, pointed out as early as 2020 his sustained activity, his connection with Agua Negra (with El Cotola), as well as his extended stay in Mexico. (Hhqc)
More recently, Magazine Hip-Hop also covered Paranoize’s latest moves with the release of the S.P.E.L.L. music video, presenting him as a trilingual rapper-singer-producer and mentioning an album built around that concept.
In the end, Temporary is built on a genuine connection between the two artists (shared school years, the same circle), a well-structured production, and a team that knows its role: the music on one side, the visuals on the other.
We will stay alert to keep you informed about what’s next for Belly Dalton and Positives Vibes.
