Zinera, originally from the neighborhood Anjou, a borough in eastern Montreal, is establishing itself as one of the rising stars of French-speaking urban rap. With its latest video 4 AM, released on April 8 and already classified in 9th place in musical trends with more than 30,000 views On YouTube, the artist confirms his meteoric rise.

Zinera draws his inspiration from what is happening in his neighborhood and his city. His first compositions, such as Death and Ayenne, marked its debut in 2023-2024, attracting attention thanks to clips and unfiltered lyrics. His style appeals to a young audience in search of authenticity.

The clip, made in luxury and with a style neon/nocturnal, alternates between close-ups of the artist and sequences in urban settings, reflecting the feverish energy of Montreal nights.

Zinera also unveiled another project named Anjou Gang Part 4, now available on all streaming platforms.

Zinera is part of a new wave of artists who are establishing themselves as ambassadors for their city. His appearance on the show Planète Rap by Skyrock FM will accelerate his notoriety, while his collaborations with beatmakers like Diaxal strengthen his artistic credibility. This recognition allows him to position himself as a major player in Quebec rap.

His DIY approach (Do It Yourself), coupled with a keen ear for Gen Z trends, could well make him the next ambassador of Montreal rap internationally.
