Kofs and Intouchable reunited in “J'viens de là” and unveiling of a legendary tracklist
This is the second single from his upcoming album “Mon École Vol.1”
The Marseille rapper Kofs continues to build the huge hype around his project My School: Vol. 1 with the release of the clip I come from there, with the legendary group as guest Intouchable. Available for 2 days, the title has already garnered more than 140,000 views on YouTube, proving the immense anticipation surrounding this tribute project.
Kofs signs a masterstroke by offering itself Intouchable, these pioneers of French rap whose profound lyrics and relentless flow definitively marked the 90s. A rare and precious collaboration, testifying to the mutual respect between these two generations of artists.
This month, Kofs is preparing a completely unusual release with his next album Mon École. After releasing a critically acclaimed, nostalgic first single, the artist has just revealed a list of features that is turning heads, bringing together the biggest names in French rap from the last 30 years.
An ambitious project at the crossroads of generations
Kofs, his real name Foued Nabba, doesn't do things by halves. The Marseille rapper is preparing to deliver a true tribute to the history of French rap. The first eponymous single, released on May 9, already set the tone with its old-school sounds and its video directed by SlowmProd, filmed in the streets of Marseille.
But it was the revelation of the collaborations that truly electrified the rap scene. The guest list reads like a pantheon of French hip-hop : pioneers like Intouchable and Psy 4 de la Rime, cult figures like Rohff and Kery James, up to the must-haves of the 2010s like La Fouine and Youssoupha.

The tracklist that makes purists fantasize
According to the information obtained, the album should include:
- A title with Sniper, a legendary group from the 2000s
- A surprise featuring with Seth Gueko and Alkpote
- An unprecedented collaboration with Kamelancien and Le Rat Luciano
- A unifying piece LIM and Kayna Samet
"The idea was to recreate the spirit of rap compilations from the 2000s, but with a modern production."
would have confided Kofs behind the scenes. A challenge taken up with flying colors by the producer Napalm Prod, who knew how to modernize the sounds without betraying the heritage.
Why could this album mark the history of French rap?
Several elements suggest that Mon École will become a reference project:
- A casting never seen before : Never before has an artist brought together so many living legends on a single project.
- Perfect timing : As old-school rap experiences a resurgence, Kofs ride the wave without falling into simple nostalgia
- The aura of Kofs : Between his musical successes (V, 13'Organized) and his film roles (BAC Nord), the artist enjoys rare credibility
The first feedback from fans on social media speaks for itself:
“It’s as if we had compressed 30 years of French rap into a single album.”
can be read under the publication announcing the collaborations.
Mon École, the long-awaited eponymous project of Kofs, will be officially released on June 13, 2025. This highly symbolic date in the world of French rap (tradition of releases on Friday the 13th) confirms the monumental ambitions of this project. Between respectful homage to the pioneers and resolutely modern vision, Kofs seems to have found the magic formula to unite all generations of rap fans.
