To be honest, I was a little uncertain before pressing play. Desiigner<\/a><\/strong>, famous mumble rapper, best known for his hit Panda<\/em><\/strong> and also for having been signed and then dropped by a certain Kanye West<\/a><\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was skeptical, but when you see the name Domingo<\/a><\/strong> On a track, you have no choice but to listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And what a pleasant surprise: a monstrous beat, trademark Domingo<\/strong> and Desiigner<\/strong> who decides to show the Hip-Hop world what he's really capable of. He reminds everyone why, at one point, all eyes of the globe were on him. The guy has bars<\/em> and flow. He proves it time and again on this L.O.D<\/em><\/strong>. Freestyle<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let's not kid ourselves, Desiigner<\/strong> is from BK (Brooklyn). And BK means real Hip-Hop<\/em>. Add to that the fact that he grew up in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, the same one as the King of New<\/em> York<\/em>, Notorious BIG<\/strong>.<\/a> It seems that Desiigner<\/strong> carries the DNA of his block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It seems like a wind of change is blowing through american Hip-Hop. With the return of giants like Clipse<\/a><\/strong> or Mobb Deep<\/a><\/strong>, Lyricism and boom bap are coming back to life. At a time when rap is completely excluded from the American Billboard charts, the essence of Hip-Hop seems to be regaining strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well done, Desiigner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
