In the times we live in, thanks to the accessibility offered by the Internet, it is now possible to discover new talents, such as the artist from Adzop\u00e9 in Ivory Coast, D14<\/a><\/strong>, his real name Dodji Hozalihouri Jean Marcel Eric<\/strong>, has established himself as one of the leading figures in Ivorian rap. Rapper, sound engineer and sneaker enthusiast, which earned him the nickname Mr. Nike<\/strong> among Ivorian youth. His unique style, a cross between rap, Afro and trap, earned him the nickname Dieu des flows<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A rich journey and constant evolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

D14<\/strong> began his career in 2015, revealed by the famous Shado Chris<\/strong>, with whom he co-composed notable hits such as Chaleur<\/em>, Membalescouilles<\/em> and Kitadi<\/em> between 2017 and 2019. His raspy voice and stage energy quickly won over the Ivorian public. After moving to Rennes to resume his studies, D14<\/strong> continues to feed its community in Ivory Coast while opening up to the French scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, D14<\/strong> releases the mixtape Elles<\/em><\/strong>, a 10-track project that showcases Ivorian youth through universal themes and catchy rhythms. The single Gros bolide<\/em> establishes itself as a must-have in his discography. Three years later, he unveils Bleu<\/em><\/strong>, an introspective EP where he shares his experience as an expatriate in France, addressing solitude, determination and the challenges of exile, with the flagship single C\u2019est lui<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
