These are not strangers to the editorial team of Magazine Hip-Hop<\/strong>. When it's not their communications team contacting us, it's Pit Baccardi<\/a><\/strong> and Dosseh<\/a><\/strong> which fall directly under our radar. Magazine Hip-Hop<\/strong> had already released a video from their previous collaboration, bringing the two brothers together, at the release of Roman numerals<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pit Baccardi<\/strong> just released the music video today Goat<\/strong><\/em>, recorded with Dosseh<\/strong>. The track is taken from the project OG<\/strong><\/em> and fits into a logical continuation of what the two brothers have been building together since their joint return on the same track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Goat<\/strong><\/em>, the tone is measured, without unnecessary showmanship. Pit Baccardi<\/strong> raps with the perspective of an artist active since the late 1990s, while Dosseh<\/strong> responds with the experience gained from a different era of French rap. The track works as a clear exchange between two paths rooted in the same foundation, where each artist owns his place and journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The video is directed by Tamara El Attar<\/strong>. The staging is deliberately simple and direct. Few visual effects, a frontal presence, and imagery that supports the lyrics without trying to divert them. The video emphasizes the brotherly relationship and the words of the two rappers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the OG project?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

OG<\/strong><\/em> is the solo project through which Pit Baccardi<\/strong> is shaping his recent activity. Conceived as a statement from a rapper who has reached maturity, the project reflects on longevity in rap, legitimacy earned over time, and transmission. Before Goat<\/strong><\/em>, audiences notably discovered Chiffres Romains<\/strong><\/em>, already a collaboration with Dosseh<\/strong>, followed by the track Feu<\/strong><\/em>, built around a sample from Swan Lake<\/strong><\/em>. Taken as a whole, the project outlines an approach focused on continuity rather than immediate impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Active since the late 1990s, Pit Baccardi<\/strong> first made a name for himself within the collective Secteur \u00c4<\/strong>, before pursuing a solo career and developing production structures such as Empire Company<\/strong> in Cameroon and Gold Prod<\/strong> for his recent projects.
